Archa Theatre is an "English friendly" theatre
Archa Theatre offers a range of performances for audiences who don't speak Czech: dance, movement performance, concerts, etc. For particularly interesting productions, where the Czech language predominates, we have even prepared English language programs with a synopsis of the story (e.g. Questioning Heaven in Despair - a sino-baroque performance).
These performances are marked as English friendly for your orientation in our monthly programmes and on the Internet. When you see a performance thus marked, it means that you can come to the theatre without the fear that you won't understand what is happening on the stage. Archa Theatre also offers to send an English language monthly programme for those who are interested, by normal post or email, with English friendly performances clearly marked. Orders can be made here.
