CandoCo
Sunbyrne & I Hastened Through My Death Scene To Catch Your Last Act
Since the company was first founded in 1991, CandoCo has gained a reputation as one of the world´s best integrated artistic group, where able-bodied and physically disabled dancers perform together. Their dance pieces are created by world famous choreographers, and in this respect, American Doug Elkins and Venezuelian Javier De Frutos have created two works for this evening which represent the dynamics and variety of modern dance. Both are filled with an exciting majesty, as well as shocking physical brilliancy. CandoCo re-discoverd the boundaries of dance by demonstrating the independence of the virtuosity of physical perfection.
Presented in collaboration with the British Council.
