Concert and film premiere.
An evening in recognition of musician and unbelievable story teller Petr Kalandra. With: Zuzana Michnová, ASPM and Jan Spálený, František Havlíček, Honza Hrubý, Jiří Charypar, Jaroslav Olin Nejezchleba, Oskar Petr, Pavel Skála and Jiří Zelenka. Including the premiere of the documentary film Kalandra the Good Nymph (written and directed by Václav Kučera) produced by Czech Television, the Vladimír Štvrtňa creative group, and The World Circle Foundation as part of the "Premature Deaths" series.

The second, critically award-winning play by the British author whose first play "Shopping and Fucking" started the wave of the "cool" dramatic. Directed by Jiří Pokorný.

The Rite of Spring and The Old Believers
The long-awaited films of Jana Ševčíková.
The premiere of two documentaries filmed and prepared over the last several years by the unusual documentary filmmaker Jana Ševčíková. The first is a portrait of Japanese dancer and choreographer Min Tanaka between two performances of The Rite of Spring: the first in Prague's National Theatre and the second in the open air at his mountain farm in Hakusho, Japan. The second film is a unique look into the lives of a forgotten community of Russian settlers in the swampland of the Danube delta in Romania, a film about medieval life on the threshold of the 21st century.

Questioning Heaven in Despair
A sino-baroque performance
Directed by: J. A. Pitínský
The Archa Theatre's new project. A theatrical and musical piece in which contemporary culture meets with the mysterious and fascinating worlds of Chinese Opera and Baroque Theatre. The story of an early 18th century Czech Jesuit mission to the court of the Chinese Emperor. The performance weaves together elements of the Peking Opera - such as Chinese singing, acrobatics, martial arts - with baroque music and the principles of baroque theatre. The main role is played by Peking Opera singer Feng-Jün Song. The performance was created as an ancillary project of "The Glory of the Baroque in Bohemia" exhibition, with the support of the City of Prague.

In Bella Copia
The premiere of a new performance by the Déja Donné, Czech choreographer Lenka Flory and Italian choreographer and dancer Simone Sandroni's dance group. The company is of many nationalities (Czech Republic, Japan, Italy, the Netherlands). This performance is full of difficult dance moves and a pleasant sense of humour and self-irony. Czech premiere!

Scratching the Inner Fields
The work of renowned Flemish choreographer Wim Vandekeybus has some of the characteristics of contemporary dance, visual art, text performance and music theatre. This performance, whose title refers to the culture of contemporary electronic music, developed out of the close cooperation between Wim Vandekeybus and writer Peter Verhelst, German sound designer Josh Martin and above all with a musician who performs under the name Eavesdropper. The five dancers and two actors of the Ultima Vez company onstage in this performance are all women.
