Celebration of the Year of the Sheep

A musical celebration at the onset of the lunar calander New Year. A concert with the Chinese singer Feng-Jün Song, the musicians Martin Smolka, Helena and Jiří Vedral and other guests, presenting a completely new program of folk and ethnic songs - this time from Kazachstan, Indonesia and Central Asia.

The year of the Horse, which was celebrated in Archa in February 2002, is coming to a close. According to the stars, it was to have been a year full of violent change - which it fulfilled one hundred percent. On February 1st, the Year of the Sheep will take over. What will it bring us? We invite you to the untraditional space of Ponec Theatre for our traditional celebration, with the assurance that there will be delights in store not only for the ears, but for the other senses as well - including rare Chinese teas, wines and other delicacies.
